Notre séjour a été impeccable, avec des vacances réussies. Des gérants au top, engagés à rendre le camping exceptionnel, les animations du soir étaient top et la restauration vraiment excellente, avec beaucoup plus de choix qu'avant. Les horaires sont bien adaptés, permettant de manger beaucoup plus tard, ce qui est un vrai plus !
Seul bémol, il n'y avait pas beaucoup d'activités pour les enfants.

Nous avons séjourné dans un mobil-home impeccable, bien agencé et confortable.
Cependant, au niveau de la propreté quelques détails négligés à notre arrivée.

First impressions was pitches were overgrown with grass and weeds. Grass and weeds not cut around our area during our 3 week stay. Several discrepancies between inventory and items in chalet. ie 1 sunbed missing and parasol not supplied any more.
No change of bedding sheets during our 3 week stay unless paid extra. Surely costed into weekly rental rates. Did not book for entertainment. Feel this is now priortised over general upkeep of site

No bedding sheets in the second bedroom?? Assumed as only 2 of us we would be sharing the double bed. No change of bedding sheets during stay as noted above

We now have a company that cleans our bedding, so we do have to charge you for any extra sheets you may use during your stay. However, the initial bedding is always free of charge. The general upkeep of the site is, of course, a priority of ours. However, entertaining and making sure everybody is having a good time is also a priority. It's what makes a holiday special. We are sorry you do not agree. We do hope, nevertheless, to welcome you back soon ! :)

het toilet (geen deksel op de bril, een bril ok voor vrouwen maar niet voor mannen), oplossing: de bril is te ver naar voor geplaatst
