The Campsite of Tournus is an ideally situated, comfortable 3 star campsite in the heart of Southern Burgundy. At only 1,5 km from the A6 Motorway (Exit 27 Tournus), the campsite has a lovely view over the river Saône (50 yards from the campsite). Modern and clean toilet facilities (renovated in 2012), fresh bread and breakfast service, take away, free wifi. The city centre of Tournus, known for the Saint Philibert Abbey and many excellent restaurants, is less than 1 kilometer from the campsite.

Vriendelijke ontvangst,dicht bij de grote weg
Er is in de was cabine nergens een ophang haakje voor je spullen.toiletgebouw is niet echt schoon, overal spinnenwebben.

Toiletgebouwen kunnen wel een opknap beurt gebruiken en 1x per dag schoonmaken is erg weinig

Bonjour pour ce qui et des crocher dans les sanitaire ci les campeur arrêt de les voler je pourrai en remettre, pour ce qui et du nettoyage mon service de propreté pas tous les jour mes ci les campeur ne nettoies pas derrière leur passage, on ne peu pas mètre un service de nettoyage sur chaque campeur , pour les toile d'araignées les toile sont enlever mes vous savez bien que la nature revient et ou il y à des araignées sa prouve que l'endroit et sain .et en plus la petit bête na jamais Menger la grosse salutations la direction

De locatie is vlakbij de snelweg, dus dat is erg fijn, in de buurt zijn verschillende supermarkten, en ook een goedkope benzinepomp. Tournus heeft een historisch dorp met prachtige abdij, uit de Romaanse tijd. Bij de VVV (op het plein bij de abdij) kun je een gratis wandelroute door het dorp halen halen. Dat is zeer aan te bevelen!
Er zijn 2 sanitair gebouwen, maar er zouden wat meer douches en wc's mogen zijn. Het gebouw wat voor ons het dichtstbij was, had bv per geslacht van alles 2, dit terwijl de camping best druk is,, vooral met door reizigers. Ook had de afwas plaats bij dit gebouw, slechts uit een kraan warm water Het winkeltje, en restaurantje, vonden wij erg duur.

Je mag zelf een plaats uitzoeken, deze zijn ruim., hebben stroom, en er zijn diverse waterpunten.
Ik had hier geen camping gevoel; eerder camperplaats met voorzieningen. Prima om 2 nachten op doorreis te verblijven, zodat je Tournus kunt bezichtigen, dat is zeer de moeite waard. Maar niet meer dan dat

Angenehm wie immer, sauber und gepflegt
Wenn man über die Kommentarfunktion einen bestimmten Stellplatz reserviert, wegen der Größe des Wohnwagens, vielleicht eine Rückmeldung ob dieser auch reserviert ist und daß er bei Ankunft auf dem Campingplatz auch frei ist . Dieses Jahr war er zwei Mal blockiert.

Lovely site with good sanitaires. Plenty hot water,loo seats + paper! Close to quaint town of Tournus about 1.5 mls, lots of cafes/restaurants/Auchan supermarket. Cruise boats stop here. Lovely abbey. Fabulous cycle way up and down river. 21€ ACSI + tax. Worth a couple of nights but generally used as a Dutch stopover. Quiet,safe and recommended.

Vriendelijke ontvangst, voldoende plaats die jezelf mag uitzoeken. Camping word vooral gebruikt op doorreis. Te weinig en gedateerd sanitair maar wel netjes onderhouden. Er staan 2 blokjes vooraan op de camping met in de 1e blok 1 toilet, 2 e blok is wat moderner en telt 3 toiletten en 2 douches zowel bij vrouwen als mannen, papier aanwezig. Als je achteraan de camping staat moet je ver gaan. Verder kun je er ook een hapje eten wat zeer verzorgd en lekker was. Heerlijk fietsen langs het water. Kortom het was ons zeer aangenaam en gaan zeker nog eens terug.
Vooral 1 blok sanitair vergroten of verplaatsen naar achter op de camping. Op het terrein zelf duidelijker aangeven waar de plaatsen en waar de weg is. Is voor sommigen niet duidelijk en benemen een stuk op de weg waardoor sommigen niet meer weg kunnen.
