The town of Saumur was great
We stayed in wet weather and our pitch became a mud bath…poor drainage under trees was very depressing

Electric failed to operate for a while Noticed on final invoice that we had been charged for 8 nights when we had only booked and stayed for 7 nights.

Loved the location. Chilled out vibe. Shady pitches.
Food wasn’t great in restaurant. When it rained, pitch turned into a bit of a mud bath. If site is full, bigger swimming pool would be beneficial.

Ik kan helaas weinig positief benoemen. Onvriendelijk personeel bij de receptie. Ronduit smerig sanitair.
In de grond zaten echter rare plastic platen waardoor je je caravan maar op 1 manier kon neerzetten. Sanitair is slecht en heel vies.

Camping très bien situé. Il n'y a pas assez de toilettes au regard du nombre de campeurs. Il y a la queue... Certains toilettes sont bouchés et le restent.. Au lieu d'un espace Co working , le choix de toilettes aurait été plus judicieux. La piscine est petite et manque de surveillance. Des jeunes de l'exterieur viennent s'y amuser non discretement. Les gens se baignent en caleçon... Pour l'hygiène c'est limite. On est quand même dans un 4 étoiles ! Le standing a changé. C'est dommage. La veille de mon départ on m'a refusé une facture en me demandant de revenir le lendemain.
Alors que ce n'était qu'un emplacement... ce n'est pas très commercial.

Bonjour, Nous avons effectivement eu un souci technique dans un des blocs sanitaires mais ce dernier a été rapidement résolu. La piscine ne dispose pas d'un maître nageur, comme mentionné sur notre site internet et il arrive malheureusement que certaines personnes passent nos barrières sans que l'on puisse les voir pour profiter de notre piscine. Mais nous essayons malgré tout d'être très vigilent. Les factures sont données seulement au moment du départ, pour la facturation définitive. En espérant avoir une seconde chance avec vous. Es un lugar espectacular con el castillo de fondo, las parcelas muy amplias, el personal muy agradable
Mejoraría dos cosas, no hay papeleras pequeñas en el camping, pondría más. Los baños bastante anticuados y deberían ser limpiados más amenudo
