Your accommodation is situated at Le Sérignan Plage Textile, enjoy your accommodation and traditional site dressed, whilst in parallel exploring the health benefits and delights of naturism via an unlimited pedestrian pass for neighbouring Le Sérignan Plage NATURE campsite during your stay.
The proposed accommodation is the Cottage BALNEO for max. 5 persons 28 + 4m² with 2 bedrooms. This mobile home is air conditioned and situated in a car-free area, close to the pedestrian gate accessing Le Sérignan Plage Nature. Composed of one bedroom with a queen-sized bed 160 x 200 and a second three berth bedroom: 2 twin beds, (of which, one gigogne bed to create more space) and a suspended single bed, reinforced insulation, kitchen equipped with dishwasher, shower room with hair dryer and heated towel rail, safe, toaster, kettle and two adult bicycles, one fitted with a child seat. Semi-covered terrace which can be locked for child safety. Bedsheets and bathroom towels are supplied.

La qualité ,le professionnalisme du personnel de façon générale .nous avons particulièrement appréciés les spectacles des animateurs,danseurs( de vrais acrobates) ,de la chanteuse tous avaient un haut niveau.bonus pour la chorégraphe Merci a Fabienne au point accueil pour son accueil et ses bons conseils.
Malheureusement nous étions très mal placés face au service nettoyage et avons subi beaucoup de nuisances sonores très tôt le matin et durant la journée Les livraisons en camion aussi nous ont gènes quelquefois

Le cadre est formidable. Et les agents d accueil entretiens et piscine sont tous très aimable. Mobil home très bien équipé la balnéothérapie est top
Alors que la météo annonce une épisode cevenol, suivi d'un épisode méditerranéen. Sur les 7 prochains jours ( du 1er au derniers jours de nos vacances nota) je souhaite à j-1 reporté mon séjour à une date ultérieure : réponse de l accueil :cela n est pas possible le camping est complet cet été.

Sejour très agréable Découverte du naturisme Un peu de réserve les premiers temps mais pas pour mon mari Ensuite la timidité a disparu Une impression de liberté l a remplacee
Les transats de la piscine naturiste sont très inconfortables Ils sont trop bas donc difficile de s y installer et de se relever

Het verblijf was fantastisch. Mooie Camping waarbij veel aandacht wordt gegeven aan de natuur. Mooi aangelegd en veel aandacht voor het groenonderhoud en schoon. Alle voorzieningen zijn aanwezig en direct aan zee. Bij de receptie wordt de tijd genomen om je vragen te beantwoorden. Ook de mogelijkheden voor reservering voor het komende jaar. We komen zeker terug.

Die Anlage ist sehr gut, für uns ärgerlich war, dass wir trotz Anmeldung im März in den Textilteil ziehen mussten und keine Bemühungen erkennbar waren eine Umbuchung zu ermöglichen
Die Unterhaltungsbereich des FKK-Teils sind stark verbesserungsbedürftig

Hallo Josef, Es tut mir wirklich leid, dass Sie frustriert sind, weil Sie nicht den Urlaub hatten, den Sie sich gewünscht haben. Ich kann jedoch nicht zulassen, dass Sie behaupten, wir hätten nichts unternommen, um eine Lösung für Sie zu finden. Ihre Buchung im März war sehr spät und Sie hatten bereits das Glück, ein Mobilheim für die Zeit von Ende Juni bis Anfang Juli buchen zu können, da dies eine der beliebtesten Zeiten auf dem Campingplatz ist. Sie haben selbst eine Reservierung für ein "Cottage Balnéo, découverte du naturisme" vorgenommen, in der ausdrücklich darauf hingewiesen wird, dass sich das Mobilheim auf der Textilseite befindet und Zugang zum FKK-Campingplatz hat. Nach dieser Buchungsanfrage haben Sie uns Ihre Unzufriedenheit mitgeteilt und wir haben Ihnen angeboten, Ihnen Ihren Aufenthalt zu erstatten und/oder Sie auf die Warteliste zu setzen, ohne jedoch allzu große Hoffnungen zu haben, dass eine Unterkunft frei wird. Sie wollten keine Rückerstattung und bedankten sich bei uns dafür, dass wir Sie auf die Warteliste gesetzt hatten. Es gab tatsächlich keine Stornierung, die Ihren Aufenthaltsdaten entsprach und uns erlaubt hätte, Sie in ein anderes Mobilheim umzuziehen, aber Sie hatten eine Premium-Miete mit Geschirrspüler, Bettwäsche und Handtüchern, kostenlosem WLAN, Klimaanlage, Angebot Découverte Languedoc, Fahrrädern, vollständigem Zugang zum FKK-Campingplatz, da Sie weniger als 20 Meter vom Eingang des Balneos entfernt sind, der Zugang zum FKK-Campingplatz bietet... Da unsere Reservierungsseite im Oktober eröffnet wird, lade ich Sie für ein nächstes Mal ein, Ihre Reservierung viel früher zu tätigen, um eine größere Auswahl an Möglichkeiten zu haben, die wir zu bieten haben.
